What we covered
What the course is, and is not. It is the business and leadership side of building a venture: who it is for, why it exists, how it grows, and how to explain it to people who are not developers. It is not a technical course. Technical questions still get answered, they are simply not the subject.
Why it runs on Andamio. Each module issues an on-chain credential when you complete it, held in your own wallet. It is verifiable by anyone, it does not depend on us, and it says precisely what you completed. Access runs on a token you mint yourself; Edify refunds the cost on completion.
The module structure. Orientation, Our Changing World, Your Journey Toolkit, Your Essence, the three Biomes (Market, Internal, External), Your Journey, and the Leadership Playbook. Harry walked the thinking behind them: leadership is strategic where management is operational, and the modules build toward being able to lead a venture through change rather than just run it.
How assignments work. Each module has assignments completed in the Playbook Builder. They accumulate into a business playbook you keep, and they are what the credential is issued against.
The three groups
The full course would take about a year. This cohort covers it in three weeks by splitting the work, so between us every module gets used and reviewed.
Everyone does modules 000 Orientation and 100 Our Changing World. Then:

What to do next
- Join the cohort Discord and introduce yourself: your background, what you are building, and what you want out of this.
- Mint your Andamio access token. Ask in Discord if you hit a wallet problem, that is what the channel is for.
- Start modules 000 and 100, then your group's modules. Two to three weeks.
- Tell us what does not work. Feedback on the material is part of what this cohort is for.
