Improvements and Action Plan
Every improvement the cohort asked for, what happened to it, who owns it and when. Sources are the live sessions, the cohort channels and the written feedback form. Nine of the fourteen enrolled learners answered the form; the findings behind rows 13 to 19 are in the cohort feedback report.
No participant is named: the form's consent item governs what may be quoted, and session feedback is attributed to the session, not the speaker.
Items we could act on ourselves were made and are evidenced in platform adjustments. Items that belong to the Andamio platform are in enhancement requests and go to the Andamio team as one list.

- It gets an owner and a date, and the date is what this page is audited against.
