Improvements and Action Plan

Every improvement here is traceable to something a participant said, recorded in the Cohort Feedback Report. Each one has an owner and a date.

note

Final, compiled 27 October 2026, after the feedback form closed and the final session on 26 October played the findings back to the cohort.

Platform changes we have asked Andamio for are listed separately from the work we control.

Ours to do

#ImprovementTraces toOwnerDate
1Build one complete worked SPO business model end to end: staking income, operating costs, relationships, capabilities and additional revenue, carried through every framework the course teaches. Use it as the spine of the material rather than an appendixReport §1, two respondentsJonathanBefore the next cohort opens
2Cut the overlapping frameworks back. Where two models explain the same idea, teach one and cross-reference the otherReport §1HarryBefore the next cohort opens
3De-duplicate the module content, and trim the written material back to what the assignment actually needsReport §2, two respondentsHarryBefore the next cohort opens
4Restructure the live hour as application: a worked example, then discussion and questions, with the reading done beforehand. No live re-presentation of self-paced materialReport §3, two respondentsJonathan and HarryFrom the first session of the next cohort
5Give the live sessions a written participation route, so an operator who would rather not speak can put a question or an answer in the chat or the channel and have it taken up on the callReport §3JonathanFrom the first session of the next cohort
6Signpost which modules each live session will draw on, so a participant can judge where they want to be. The course stays self-paced; the signposting stops the session calendar reading as a deadlineReport §4JonathanBefore the next cohort opens
7Restructure module 300 into smaller steps. It is dense, not wrong: another respondent named the same module as the most valuable in the course, so this is sequencing work, not cuttingReport §5HarryBefore the next cohort opens
8Re-record the narration at a slower pace and fix the audio quality on the module videosReport §6HarryBefore the next cohort opens
9Fix module 503 contrast, resize the module 100 images, and make images clickable to open at full resolutionReport §6HarryBefore the next cohort opens
10Replace bare module-number cross-references with direct hyperlinksReport §6HarryBefore the next cohort opens
11Add the frameworks-to-priorities step: a short closing exercise turning the playbook into a handful of priorities, actions and simple indicators, sized for a one-person poolReport §1, RCADAHarryBefore the next cohort opens
12State the ADA cost of a submission in the course material and in the onboarding email, since the platform does not show itReport §7JonathanDone, Oct 2026
13Keep the assignments, the Playbook Builder, the Full Value Audit and module 700 as they are. Named here so a later redesign does not remove the parts that workedReport §8JonathanStanding
14Add SWOT and Business Model Canvas views to the Playbook Builder, then interactive PESTEL and Ikigai exercises. Committed to the cohort on the final callReport §9 and §10Jonathan and HarryBefore the next cohort opens
15Improve navigation and context: show how each module connects to the end goal, and make lessons easy to refer back to while an assignment is openReport §10HarryBefore the next cohort opens
16Build the credentials package: a logbook an operator can put in front of partners and funders, rather than a credential visible only inside the platformReport §10JonathanScoping before the next cohort opens
17Hold a dedicated session with Andamio to work the cohort's platform feedback into their roadmapReport §7 and §10JonathanNovember 2026
note

Items 14 and 2 pull against each other, and that is deliberate. The clearest theme in this report is that the course already runs too many overlapping frameworks, so adding SWOT, a Business Model Canvas, PESTEL and Ikigai only works if they replace existing models rather than join them. Harry owns that trade and it is settled as part of item 2, not separately.

Raised with Andamio

Platform behaviour we have reported but do not control. Tracked here so the cohort can see what happened to what they told us.

How this was closed with the cohort

The final session on 26 October played this back: what the cohort said, and what changes because of it, in front of the people who said it, and the call then went round the room for anything the form had missed. That is recorded in the session 4 write-up. One further form response arrived within the hour after the session and is included above.

The course remains open and self-paced, so feedback keeps arriving after the cohort has formally ended. Anything new is added here with an owner and a date in the same way.
