What was covered
Your Why and your Essence, with a short recap of Your Journey Toolkit first, since that one was set as self-study rather than taught live.
The toolkit recap covered the three tools the rest of the course leans on: the 4D Journey Framework (Discover, Define, Design, Deploy, then Review, which loops back to Discover), the Biomes (your internal operations, your market, and the external forces around you), and the Full Value Audit.
Your Essence is the heart of it: the honest answer to why your pool exists, said in a way a delegator could repeat back. It has three parts, in order:
- Purpose. Why the pool exists, and for whom.
- Value Model. How you create, deliver and capture value.
- Finance Model. Who funds you and what they expect.
What was discussed
- Treating staking as a governance vote rather than a financial incentive resonated with the room, picking up a thread from session 1.
- Feedback that module numbers appearing inline in the course material are confusing early on, before the Andamio structure is explained. They will be pulled back to the module overview table only.
- Cross-ecosystem interest in the room, including building legal-sector tools on Midnight.
- Members treating Cardano as a proving ground for what comes next, and valuing the community as much as the technology.
Points raised in the sessions are recorded here; nothing is attributed to a named participant.
What participants need to do
- Draft your purpose statements from the session.
- Finish the Your Journey Toolkit assignment if it is still open. Fifteen to thirty minutes.
- Submit assignments in Andamio as you finish them, so your credential can be issued.
