1. SPO Business Persona Definition:

• A document containing detailed descriptions of at least 3 distinct SPO business personas.

2. Learning Objectives Clarity:

• The course design documents include sections on the 5 key areas

3. Business-Focused Course Structure:

• A detailed course outline document or syllabus.
• The outline includes modules on SPO business operations, unique selling points, and bootstrap opportunities.
• A visual representation (e.g., flowchart) showing the progression of topics from startup to growth stages.

4. PBL Design for Business Challenges:

• A document describing at least 3 hypothetical SPO business scenarios or challenges.
• For each scenario, a breakdown of the problem, learning objectives, and expected outcomes.

5. UI/UX Design:

• Design mockups (Miro, Figma, Inkscape) for at least 3 key course interface pages.
• Brief explanation notes for each mockup, highlighting key features and design decisions.

6. Site Structure Usability:

• A sitemap document showing the overall structure of the course platform.
• A user flow diagram illustrating how users will navigate through the course.
• Minutes or notes from relevant project team meetings as appropriate.
